Annual Report 2022
During 2022 ECC Cyprus investigated 533 cross border consumers’ complaints and responded to 610 information requests. Furthermore, ECC Cyprus according to its work programme for 2022, among others, participated in TV and radio broadcasts to promote the services offered by the Centre and to provide information on consumer issues. Also, ECC Cyprus organised informative seminars were held in schools to inform students about e-commerce.

During 2021 ECC Cyprus investigated 351 cross border consumers’ complaints and responded to 604 information requests. Furthermore, ECC Cyprus according to its work programme for 2021, among others, participated in TV and radio broadcasts to promote the services offered by the Centre and to provide information on consumer issues. During 2019 ECC Cyprus investigated 339 cross border consumers’ complaints and responded to 582 information requests. Furthermore, ECC Cyprus according to its work programme for 2019, among others, participated in TV and radio broadcasts to promote the services offered by the Centre and to provide information on consumer issues and organised informative seminar on Air Passengers’ Rights in cooperation with Consumer Protection Service.
Annual Report 2018
During 2018, ECC Cyprus investigated 331 complaints. Of these complaints, 197 were submitted by consumers residing in Cyprus and 134 by consumers residing in other member states of the EU. Furthermore, during 2018, ECC Cyprus responded to 525 information requests submitted by consumers.
Annual Report 2016
During 2016, ECC Cyprus handled 248 cross border consumer cases. Out of these complaints, 161 were submitted by consumers residing in Cyprus and 87 complaints were submitted by consumers residing in other countries of the EU. The Centre, also, responded to 497 information requests.

During 2015, ECC Cyprus handled 193 cross border consumer cases. Out of these complaints, 116 were submitted by consumers residing in Cyprus and 77 complaints were submitted by consumers residing in other countries of the EU. The Centre, also, responded to 487 information requests.

During 2014, ECC Cyprus handled 181 cross border consumer cases. Out of these complaints, 110 were submitted by consumers residing in Cyprus and 71 complaints were submitted by consumers residing in other countries of the EU. The Centre, also, responded to 460 information requests.

During 2012, ECC Cyprus handled 164 cross border consumer cases. Out of these complaints, 101 were submitted by consumers residing in Cyprus and 63 complaints were submitted by consumers residing in other countries of the EU. The Centre, also, responded to 414 information requests.
