Consumers who reside in Cyprus and face a cross-border dispute in relation to products or services obtained from traders based in the EU, Norway and Iceland may submit their complaints to ECC Cyprus.
ECC Cyprus provides information and advice to consumers on their cross-border transactions while ensuring consumer rights and helping to find a compromising and out of court solution in the case of a dispute.

Complaints to ECC Cyprus should be submitted as soon as possible
ECC Cyprus encourages consumers to first try on their own to contact traders to resolve the dispute. In the cases where this is not achieved, the Centre shall act as an intermediary between the consumer and the trader in order to resolve the dispute amicably and to avoid unnecessary costs and inconvenience.
